Ride supports wounded warriors
PINELLAS PARK (FOX 13) - Dozens of wounded warriors rode through Pinellas Park Tuesday, raising money for a new facility for veterans.
It was the first charity fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Abilities Ranch, which will have trails and courts specifically designed for wheelchair sports.
It will be built alongside a city park with pavilions and a fishing pond.
The Tampa Bay Lightning Foundation kicked off the fundraiser by donating $10,000.
