For at least $600,000, potential buyers could own a condominium in downtown Tampa's Riverwalk Place.

Developers released new renderings of the Riverwalk Place on Monday morning, which will be the tallest building on the west coast of Florida, they said. The renderings showed the glass exterior of the tall, sleek building, and a peek inside showing a private residential lobby. There will also be an outdoor pool on the 20th floor, and a Sky Deck that will overlook Tampa Bay.

The images were released just a few weeks before sales officially open for the condominiums. There will be 10 floors for office space and more than 30 floors of about 200 “luxury” condominiums. Those homes will reach the 50th floor, and even higher. Reid Boren, of Managing Partner of Two Roads Development, a partner in the Riverwalk Place project, said buyers have already placed their deposits.

“It’s remarkable to see such strong interest so early,” he said in a statement. “We have hardly started marketing this project, and we are finishing construction on our Sales Center, so these buyers are coming to make reservations amid the sound of saws and hammers.”

Construction is slated to begin in early 2019. Riverwalk Place will be located at the intersection of Ashley Drive South and Whiting Street West along the Riverwalk, which will feature five restaurants just below the condominium.

The Sales Center inside Wells Fargo Center -- across from the construction site -- will open in October. It's where Smith & Associates Real Estate of Tampa Bay will book appointments for private presentations.
