Roadway depression slows Gandy Blvd. traffic
TAMPA, Fla. (FOX 13) - A depression in the roadway caused a big backup on eastbound Gandy Boulevard early Monday evening.
The depression is in one of the eastbound lanes near Manhattan Avenue.
Construction crews have temporarily closed the outside lane from Manhattan Avenue to the Taco Bus entrance.
Traffic along eastbound Gandy was slow in that area.
Crews were unable to say what caused the depression.
