Stores in Houston looted after Hurricane Harvey

A Houston store owner says his store was looted when Hurricane Harvey slammed into Texas.

Video captured on a surveillance camera inside and outside the store show dozens of people entering the store, ransacking it and stealing from the store.

One woman even appears to take a big blue bin inside with her to gather the goods.

In his Facebook post, the shop owner, Samir Ebrahim, says he was unable to get to the store Sunday to check on the store due to weather and road conditions.

He says he called police, but they were unable to respond.
