Tampa police at the scene of a fatal crash

TAMPA (FOX 13) - Tampa Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred at the intersection of N. 40 th St. and E. Ellicott Av. Police anticipate the intersection will remain closed to traffic in all directions for several hours.
