Teen charged with murder as adult
LAKE WALES (FOX 13) - A 16-year-old Lake Wales boy will be tried as an adult for murder.
Deputies say Dillen Murray attacked 15-year-old Gio Diaz with a baseball bat in a jealous rage over a girl.
Murray claims it was self-defense, but he's charged with first-degree murder.
He was indicted yesterday. The state attorney's office will try him as an adult.
