Threatening notes lead to teens' arrests in Pasco
ZEPHYRHILLS (FOX 13) - Two teens were arrested and could face charges after investigators say they placed written death threats around R.B. Stewart Middle School.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said the notes were found at the school on October 4. They said things like, "I'm coming for u!!" "not clowning around," and, "your [sic] gonna die!!"
One of the notes asked, "who should I kill next?" and made references to Sprinkles the Clown. Another note made a specific threat to teachers at the school.
After some investigating, PCSO arrested two teen boys, both 14-years-old, who confessed to writing the notes and placing them where they could be found by students and teachers. The boys told investigators the notes were meant to be a joke.
Both students were arrested by a school resource officer and taken to the Pasco County Juvenile Assessment Center.
