TPA announces job fair for nearly 400 open positions

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is hiring ahead of the Bay Area's busy Spring Break travel period.

TPA announced it will host a hiring day on Wednesday to try and fill nearly 400 technical and nontechnical jobs.

TPA’s Hiring Day will start at 9 a.m. at the Airport’s Main Terminal Event Space (Level 3, between the shuttles for Airsides E and F) and run through 12 p.m.

TPA says, "Representatives from the Transportation Security Administration, aviation maintenance and repair company Airborne, parking services provider ABM and others will be in attendance."

Also, at TPA’s Hiring Day, the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, which they say "operates TPA and Hillsborough County's three General Aviation airports," will be "looking to fill several positions for highly technical maintenance personnel."
