Two women were caught on camera possibly casing out homes to burglarize on Davis Islands, police warn.

Tampa police said the unknown female suspects appear to be slinking around homes and turning doorknobs -- while covering their faces -- to see if they are unlocked. The police department released surveillance video from at least one home in hopes of identifying them.

The women appear to not only try to identify ways to get into homes, but at times, they try to hide their faces from security cameras. Tampa police said they believe the women figured out when homeowners are there, then deliver their reports to two men who go back and rob the homes.

Investigators said they believe the men are possibly using a white Scion vehicle to commit the burglaries.
