Worker killed in accident at Hudson landfill
HUDSON (FOX 13) - A man was apparently killed while working at a privately-owned landfill in Pasco County Saturday morning.
According to the Pasco Sheriff's Office, it appears the man was involved in a work-related accident involving machinery on the worksite.
The call came in at around 10 a.m. from the Coastal Landfill Disposal located at 11416 Houston Avenue in Hudson.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said the death did not seem suspicious, however, a forensics unit and OSHA were investigating.
