FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is watching one area off east coast of Florida that has a 10 % chance of development over the next few days. It will make its way north and as it gets off the coast of the Carolinas, it may turn into a non-tropical system that may acquire subtropical characteristics. He says it is too early to tell if it will stay offshore, come onshore or hug the coastline.
