Family of Longboat Key murder victim files lawsuit

Orlando, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Attorney Matt Morgan and the family of Timothy Hurley, who was murdered at Longboat Key’s Zota Beach Resort one year ago, announced the filing of a lawsuit against both the security firm that employed his killer, and the hotel at which Mr. Hurley was employed.
