Hillsborough County employee with brain cancer meets John Cena

TAMPA (FOX 13) - A Hillsborough County employee recently had a kind visitor.

Steve Jackson, who is the communications manager within the county, was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain cancer. John Cena, a WWE wrestler residing in Tampa, must have caught wind of the diagnosis and decided to pay Jackson a visit.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office shared photos of the visit, showing Jackson smiling to the camera alongside Cena. Jackson was also wearing a hat that said, “Never Give Up.”

“Our prayers are with you Steve,” the post read.
