Police: Miami man drugged, robbed of $200,000 by female suspects
MIAMI (FOX 13) - After a night out, two women drugged a man and took $200,000 worth of jewelry from his apartment, according to the Miami Police Department.
Investigators say they are still looking for the women who were spotted by surveillance cameras inside the victim’s apartment building.
Miami PD says it happened at about 4 a.m. Friday, September 14.
Detectives believe the women met the victim and accompanied him back to his apartment, where one of the suspects made the victim a cocktail, took out a gun, and forced him to drink.
The victim said, soon afterward he felt drowsy and fell asleep.
When he woke up, the women and his jewelry were gone.
The suspects were described as white females, about 30 years old, slim, standing between 5’6” and 5’8” tall. One had brown hair and the other had blonde hair.
