Turkey Tartine

4 slices multigrain bread or favorite bread
2 cups of turkey
1 cup of béchamel sauce or gravy, optional
4 slices of gruyere cheese
1 cup of cranberry sauce
8 pieces of bacon

1. In a sheet pan, place multigrain bread.
2. Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce. Top with bacon and turkey.
3. Spread or ladle a thin layer of béchamel or gravy on top of turkey.
4. Top with cheese.
5. Bake in the oven until cheese is bubbly.
