Winter Haven family of 7 loses home to fire
WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (FOX 13) - A Winter Haven family of seven were displaced following a late night fire, officials said.
Around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Winter Haven firefighters responded to the home located at 456 Avenue H SE. When they arrived, they said flames were visible from inside the home.
The fire quickly grew and burned through the roof of the home. The family of two adults and five children escaped, but were displaced. Firefighters said they are receiving help from Red Cross. There were no reported injuries.
