Police in Colorado said would-be thieves used a tractor to try to break open an ATM machine.

It occurred at the Wells Fargo at 3251 North Tower Road sometime between Friday to Saturday. On Saturday morning, the ATM machine was knocked over and torn open. It's appears the tractor and the ATM were left behind.

Car after car pulled up the following morning with people trying to grab some quick cash.

“It’s so scary,” said Nurhan Demiri, a resident, “I always come here to get my transactions through the ATM, to get withdrawals and deposit checks.”

Police are checking the bank’s surveillance video hoping for clues.
