Body found in water off Ringling Causeway

SARASOTA, Fla. (FOX 13) - Police are investigating after a boater spotted a body in the water in downtown Sarasota.

Officers say the body of an adult black male was found in the basin between the Ritz-Carlton and the Hyatt, on the north side of the Ringling Causeway. 

No other details were immediately available.
