Non-emergency numbers for Tampa Bay agencies

Tampa Bay residents experienced two outages in one day after issues with Frontier Communications. The massive outages on Wednesday also meant an outage in the 911 call centers.
The first outage happened around midnight Wednesday. About two hours later, service was restored. But not for long.
Later in the morning, lines were down again for about two hours, prompting emergency alerts sending thousands of residents alternate ways to call for help.
Agencies asked the public to call the non-emergency lines if they are experiencing an emergency. Frontier says they are working to ensure it doesn't happen again.
