Small brush fire sparks near Lakeland

LAKELAND (FOX 13) - If you're seeing smoke near Lakeland, it's coming from a small brush fire west of the city.

The view from SkyFOX showed flames moving across a field bounded by railroad tracks along Kathleen Road near Sykes Blvd. 

No buildings appeared to be in immediate danger.
