Truck crashes into home, injures 1 near Ruth Eckerd Hall

CLEARWATER, Fla. - A driver suffered minor injuries after crashing a truck into a townhome in Clearwater Sunday evening.
According to the Clearwater Fire & Rescue Department, the crash happened near Ruth Eckerd Hall.

A man inside the townhome was hit by debris, but did not want to go to the hospital to get check out, firefighters said.
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
