Woman warns neighbor about house fire
TAMPA (FOX 13) - A dog is missing after a house fire in Tampa, but things could have turned out worse if not for a neighbor.
Heavy smoke filled the air on Sitka Street just a few hours ago but firefighters were able to work quickly to get control of it.
"I jumped up and look at my window, and as I look at my window, I see a flame and I'm like, 'Oh my God, Mom, Sammy's house is on fire, I got to go!' So I jump up and grab my phone and went to run around the corner, but as I'm running, I'm calling the police at the same time," Katherea Torres recalled.
Three people and two dogs were able to get out of the home, but one of those dogs is now missing.
