Customers and employees want answers from a private parking company in Tampa.

Some cruise passengers who arrived back over the weekend say they had nothing but problems getting to their cars in a lot owned by Premier Parking.  They say the one operating shuttle took more than an hour to bring them to their vehicles.

They were parked in a lot on North Brush Street that had one employee on duty.

Just last week, the company closed its West Hillsborough Avenue lot -- unannounced.  Airport passengers found themselves stranded; their cars were abandoned with their keys locked inside a trailer.

Sunday, a group of premier employees, who say they've not been paid since last month, showed up at the Brush Street lot to picket.

"They have abandoned the customers, they have abandoned the employees, and as you can see, all my friends here have not received a paycheck since December 25," D'James Antoine complained.  "They have  families, they have kids, and we're college students, we have not received a dime."

Employees tell us they got a text message on January 6, saying the company would be closed.  The workers say they're now teaming up with an attorney to try get their money so they can pay their bills.

Premier Parking has yet to comment on the issue.
