The Bay Area continues to be in good shape when it comes to the tropics. FOX 13 Meteorologist Tony Sadiku says there is no development expected over the next five days. However, he is watching a few tropical waves that do not appear to have any organization.

The tropics are currently quiet with no development expected over the next five days. FOX 13 Meteorologist Tony Sadiku says wind shear and Saharan dust is helping to keep the tropics calm at the moment. He does not expect any type of tropical weather to impact the Bay Area any time in the near future.

Meteorologist Tyler Eliasen says the next few days are quiet in the tropics. This time of year, we typically get some development further out in the Atlantic. That being said, there's a ton of dry area in that area, meaning those tropical waves will have a harder time developing.
