Sweet Charlie's serves ice cream by the roll

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (FOX 13) - There’s a sweet place worth visiting.

Sweet Charlie’s offers hand-rolled ice cream, with some amazing flavors and combinations. They even have vegan options, that can also be served in a free "pup cup" to pet dogs. It has a coconut soy base.

Everything is made-to-order. They create these delicious rolls on a cold surface that up to 20 degrees below zero. And for those cold days in Florida, they also serve up hot waffles to warm customers up.
