HERNANDO BEACH, Fla. - Fire caused damage to a Hernando County restaurant early Tuesday, forcing the business to shut down for repairs, according to fire officials.
What we know:
Hernando County Fire Rescue said crews responded around 3:30 a.m. to Brian's Place off Shoal Line Blvd. in Hernando Beach.
Firefighters found flames coming from the side of the building, HCFR said, and were able to limit the damage to an exterior wall in the kitchen area.

Investigators said the cause of the fire was likely electrical, starting inside the wall, adding that stainless steel lining along the interior walls prevented further damage.
No injuries were reported, but HCFR said Brian's Place will remain closed until repairs are finished.
