Masked gunman robs Winter Haven gas station

WINTER HAVEN (FOX 13) - Winter Haven police are trying to find the person who robbed a gas station at gunpoint.

Police say someone dressed in all black with a gun and wearing a mask came into the Citgo convenience store on 6th Street NW Saturday night.

They say he pointed the gun at the clerk and demanded all the money in the register.

The suspect was carrying a gray plastic bag, similar to one from Walmart.

According to the clerk, the suspect’s voice sounded like a man. He is described as 5'10" approximately 170 pounds.

After getting an undetermined amount of money, the suspect then ran out of the store and was last seen running towards Ave M, NW.
