TAMPA, Fla. - With a winter storm moving through the southeastern U.S., even impacting Florida, weather conditions are having an effect on some flights into and out of Tampa International Airport.
The system is bringing snow as far south as northern Florida, along with cold rain moving across the Bay Area and other parts of the state.
