Work underway on Humane Society's new and improved shelter

TAMPA, Fla. (FOX 13) - The Humane Society of Tampa Bay is about to have more room to help stray animals.
Construction has officially started on a new shelter located on North Armenia Avenue, near the old shelter.
The new shelter will feature more room for animals, nurseries for puppies and kittens, an isolation area for sick animals, and bigger suites for surgery.
