Mask requirement returns for Walmart, Publix employees

Starting Monday, all Publix employees will be required to wear masks, and Walmart employees will be required to wear face coverings if they work in areas with high infection rates. It remains optional for customers.

Publix requiring masks for employees regardless of vaccination status

Beginning August 2, all Publix employees will be required to wear a face-covering regardless of whether or not they have received the COVID-19 vaccine, according to a statement on the grocery store's website. 

USF needs unvaccinated participants for new study on COVID transmission
