New video from inside the Beef 'O' Brady’s in Spring Hill shows the moment of a car slammed through the side of the restaurant. It happened Tuesday afternoon just before 2 p.m.

Within seconds, 911 calls started coming in.

A woman told 911 dispatchers, “There's been a car that’s crashed right through the restaurant."

The most seriously injured victim is Nancy Nelson. She was pinned underneath the car.

Nelson remains in the ICU with broken ribs and staples in her head.

Four others, including the woman with whom she was sitting, were also hurt.

“Very blessed, very blessed I absolutely am, I’m hoping for the best for everybody else, too,” said Kristine Boggs.

Thursday, The Beef 'O' Brady’s re-opened to the public. Plastic tarps covered the area where the car crashed through. Florida Highway Patrol troopers say it's still unclear why the driver, 65-year-old Barbara Markowski, lost control, crossed two lanes of traffic, swiped two vehicles, and then slammed into the building.

She was also hospitalized.

Those who were there will never forget it.

“Being that it was my table and I was just there seconds ago, knowing you could’ve been pinned or killed, it's terrifying,” said server Theraisa Butler. “I watch the windows a lot more than I used to. Every little noise will trigger something."
