Boat in road slows traffic on Gandy Bridge
TAMPA (FOX 13) - The Florida Highway Patrol says a trailer hitch malfunction caused a boat to fall off its trailer while on the Gandy Bridge Sunday afternoon.
The boat hit the the concrete barrier on the bridge, though caused no damage.
No one was injured and troopers say there will not be any charges.
