TAMPA - A memorial for fallen special operations service members at the MacDill Air Force Base was vandalized with pink spray paint sometime on Tuesday evening, according to Col. Allie Weiskopf, a SOCOM spokesperson.
Weiskopf says the dog statue was covered in pink spray paint, an X was spray-painted on the pavers of the memorial and pink confetti and paper was found spread out throughout the memorial.
