U.S. Postal Service planning temporary price hike for holiday season

The U.S. Postal Service is letting customers know it may cost more to ship gifts to their loved ones this year. If approved, the temporary rates will go into effect from Oct. 2 to Jan. 22, 2023. Some increases will be as low as 25 cents while others are more than $6.
