A Tampa suspect was arrested Friday on a first-degree murder charge after a man was killed after an argument in the 9200 block of North 13th Street, police said. 

A statewide Missing Child Alert was canceled after the 11-month-old baby last seen in Naples about a month ago was found safe, authorities said. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement did not provide any additional details.
